FABS collects minimum necessary data to provide infrastructure and cybersecurity services. This includes organizational metadata, technical logs for threat detection, and contact information provided during consultation requests.
2. Usage of Information
Information is used exclusively for the maintenance of secure infrastructure, the improvement of our AI advisory services, and to facilitate direct communication regarding technical engagements. We do not sell or lease client data to third-party marketing entities.
3. Data Residency
Consistent with our commitment to Digital Sovereignty, we prioritize data storage within the jurisdiction of the operational footprint whenever possible, adhering to local regulations in Mauritius, South Africa, and Rwanda.
4. Security Protocols
We employ AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access is governed by strict Zero-Trust Identity management and multi-factor authentication.
